Maybe you are craving connection, and people around you who can understand who you are. Or maybe you are just exploring possibilities of what you can attain from perceiving our creation. Whatever it may be, we hope we can be of service to you in some way.

1221 originates from our birthdays, Jen and Nala, born August 12th and 21st. We hope, really, to be a source of love towards every person here.

Hi, I'm Nala Jean
I've been interested in everything spirituality since middle school. At 12 years old I purchased my first tarot deck, began learning how to use them, and started watching readings online. I was very fascinated by the idea of manifestation and magically being able to create your own reality. To my surprise, I became someone I had always dreamed of becoming and now hope to help and inspire people like you, the same way other channels, tarot readers, and practioners have for me.
I became Reiki certified in 2022 and have been practicing it ever since. I love all energy medicine and different healing modalities. I'm very intrigued by the idea that we can heal our minds and our bodies. I grew up with quite unhealthy mindsets and behaviors, but since my awakening in 2020, I began rewriting my story to change that. Energy medicine, tarot, and channeling have been something I continued to lean back on for support. I'm so grateful to now be able to do this for others, as receiving messages from other readers has generated some of my greatest strength, and been a catalyst for growth and transformation in my life.
Growing up, I felt it was hard to fit in at times. I always questioned why I was here on this planet, and what for? My larger-than-life ideas surrounding tarot, manifestation, astrology, and all mystical pursuits made me question myself and feel lost trying to find others around me with the same interests. In my life now, I've realized that everything I have interest in is for a bigger purpose. That the right people who are meant to receive what you have to put out there will, and they truly are waiting for your greatness.

There are people out there for you. People who love and support you. People who understand you. This is something I want to encourage everyone to remember. When you can choose to allow yourself to shine and not let failure be the reason you don't, that takes courage and makes you a brave soul. Hi, I'm Jen Barber
I am a holistic healthcare worker, a channel of universal light, an intuitive, a connector to spirit-led guidance/energy work, and a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher.
I have always been sensitive to energy and interested in holistic modalities of healing. Previously, I have taken the traditional path as a registered nurse, while independently, but with intuitive guidance, learning about many forms of complementary medicine including herbal medicine, flower essences, energy medicine, and Qigong.
I became Reiki certified in 2022 and have since stepped into the role of an intuitive, channel, and energy worker with joy. I am very honored to now spend my time assisting others on their wellness journey through energy therapy, spiritual and community connection, and teaching. I work with adults, children, animals, and specialize in trauma-release Reiki and hospice/end of life Reiki.

The Golden Healing Light is a high vibrational ancient Egyptian technology. Jen has been working with this healing energy in her own practice since December of 2024. The energy is a multidimensional frequency which can be used to accelerate the healing of physical and emotional wounds. Its future potential is of more than this description. This is why the group, The Del Zarine (Keepers of the Golden Healing Light) has been established. Those who have been attuned will initiate the grounding and expansion of this light throughout the world and have the option to join this group (The Del Zarine) to share their experiences in order to accumulate a knowledge base regarding the light's abilities and to support one another as anchors of this light.
If you have been called here, you may have had a past life in Egypt, you may feel a not completely understood resonance for this technology, or you may simply be curious to learn more about the healing capabilities it holds for your own practice.
After scheduling your attunement, you will be sent a separate email with a Zoom link for the attunement and a document with more information regarding the Golden Healing Light and the Del Zarine. After your attunement, you will be sent an invitation to the Del Zarine Facebook Group which will allow you to connect with other initiates, ask questions, hold discussions, and share experiences.
Group Attunements

This option is for those who have already taken a Reiki class or are familar with another form of energy healing. Small group attunements will be held every Monday at 7:30 pm Central time (US) through Zoom. No more than 6 participants will be allowed to attend a group attunement. These are sacred attunements. Please be available to be fully present in your own energy during the attunement process. We will allow time for questions/discussion before and after the attunement. The attunement itself will take about 15 minutes, however this is an approximate amount of time, as each group is different and each attunement will be intuitively guided. Individual Attunements

This option is for those who have already taken a Reiki class or are familiar with another form of energy healing. Those who feel called to an individual attunement will know this is for them. Individual attunements will include any release of that which may be in resistance to the attunement process and will be tailored to the individual. Distance Reiki Session

Every cell in your body, every emotion, every thought is made of energy. You are electomagnetic, you have an energy system, and energy underlies every physical structure in your body. Why not realign at the root of the problem with energy healing.
We will connect energetically (I will be in my office, and you will be in the comfort of your own home). The result of this session is an acceleration of the return to the whole, healthy, complete self. Doctors refer to this ability of the body to return to balance as homeostasis, and it is the body's natural process of return to health. During the session, the energy shift begins immediately, and when the Reiki session is complete; the mind, body, and soul will continue to return itself to its original state of health.
Choose your method of communication (Zoom, phone call, or text). All are welcome to receive (adults, children, animals, hospital patients, nursing home residents).

South Dakota residents, please choose SD Pet Distance Reiki option when booking if scheduling for an animal (includes sales tax). Reiki is a medical therapy in SD and does not require sales tax, but this unfortunately does not apply to animals. All other state residents may select the regular Distance Reiki session when scheduling for a pet.
Trauma Release Reiki

Zoom only.
Allow the inner self to align through release of traumatic experiences held within the body and soul. This technique addresses the trauma (known and unknown) that may be altering the ability to create what you desire in life. I receive intuitive guidance to find hidden trauma and accelerate the release of the unprocessed emotions with the assistance of Reiki. The unprocessed emotions are then removed from the body and soul and replaced with the understanding within the psyche which allows that which was once feared to be a transformative source of empowerment and knowledge.
**** Unknown and known trauma may look like unwanted behavioral patterns, compulsions, or addictions and/or uncomfortable emotions, pain, and dis-ease.

End Of Life Reiki Session
1 hour session
$120 US
This option is for in-person appointments in the Sioux Falls area only. I will travel to meet you or your loved one at your home or facility. Please email Jen if the times available do not fit your schedule, and we will schedule a different time.
Reiki in hospice/palliative care/end of life is a beautiful adjunct to you or your loved one’s care during this sacred time of life. I am able to provide energetic and emotional support to help alleviate symptoms as well as to connect to spiritual aspects of the self that one may be wanting during this time. During the active transition process, I am often able to make the transition process easier through energy assistance. Death is not an ending. It is a sacred transformative experience.
I have worked with hospice patients and families as an RN for 6 years in a local nursing home and since early 2024 as a Reiki volunteer at a local hospice house. I am no longer practicing as an RN and now dedicate myself full-time to energy work. I do not assist with medical or physical patient care, but I do have a deep understanding of the physical process of end of life as well as the emotional support needs of patients, families, and loved ones. I have also worked with many hospice services in the area.

Emerald City Events is something we've put together with our good friend Cheryl. We're putting this out into the world to bring people into community. Into a community centered around love, healing, and spiritual growth. Very strongly we feel the call that is arising on this planet, to come into union with one another and share the light each one of us holds inside. So, we hope to be this for anyone also feeling that call and pull strongly in their soul.
Our events are also more than healing. We hope for them to be fun and lively! We like to think of them not only as spiritual events, but spiritual parties. Spirituality can be about entertainment and laughter, and we hope to help create a space where you can cultivate this more into your life!
Each event brings a new and exciting offering! Bringing in people who have special and unique spiritual gifts that they love to share with the world, there will be many different co-hosts. Also, many different spiritual topics that may peek your interest.

Channeled Guidance

I, Nala, have been direct channeling, and what some may call as trance channeling, since March of 2024. Similar to a tarot reading, but without the tarot, and where spirit speaks straight though me. It's something that has drastically changed my life in a very short amount of time.
By connecting with angels, guides, and beings that live outside of this physical dimension, I've had access to information and answers to situations that I could have never thought would be possible. I've gotten myself out of some pretty dark headspaces and received clarity to questions I couldn't seem to find the answer to myself, and this is exactly why I want to bring my gift out into the world.
