Jen and Nala will connect to loving spirits to lead us into a place of profound joy and abundance. We will be guided in our focus of what is relevant to the needs we exhibit and how those needs affect ourselves and one another. Group support and spirit guidance will allow us to further our growth within the community and come together to begin anew with a new earth understanding of oneness and creativity.
Circles are small, in person, and include energy healing and spiritual guidance. Feel free to bring any questions, challenges, and wisdom to the circle. Please know that we encourage as much or as little participation as you choose. and there are never any requirements. Your presence is more than enough.

Reiki
Receive a 1-hour energy therapy session including intuitive messages and distance Reiki with light language. We will connect energetically from the comfort of your own home with your intention for any physical, emotional, energetic and/or spiritual healing/manifestation. A combination of Reiki and light language will be channeled with movements and messages being fully and completely guided. Choose your method of communication (Zoom, phone call, or text). All are welcome to receive (adults, children, animals, hospital patients, nursing home residents). Hospice/Palliative Care — see option below.
South Dakota residents, please choose SD Pet Distance Reiki option when booking if scheduling for an animal (includes sales tax). Reiki is a medical therapy in SD and does not require sales tax, but this unfortunately does not apply to animals. All other state residents may select the regular Distance Reiki session when scheduling for a pet.

End of Life Reiki Session
This option is for in-person appointments in the Sioux Falls area only. I will travel to meet you or your loved one at your home or facility.
Reiki in hospice/palliative care/end of life is a beautiful adjunct to you or your loved one’s care during this sacred time of life. I am able to provide energetic and emotional support to help alleviate symptoms as well as to connect to spiritual aspects of the self that one may be wanting during this time. Many times during the session passed on loved ones, guides, angels, and other loving spirits come through to provide support and reassurance of the life after life that exists for all. During the active transition process, I am often able to connect to your loved one when they are unable to speak for themselves and relay messages/needs or make the transition process easier through energy assistance. Death is not an ending. It is a sacred transformative experience, and it is my passion to share a higher perspective on this experience through my work.
I have worked with hospice patients and families as an RN for 6 years in a local nursing home and since early 2024 as a Reiki volunteer at a local hospice house. I am no longer practicing as an RN and now dedicate myself full-time to energy work. I do not assist with medical or physical patient care, but I do have a deep understanding of the physical process of end of life as well as the emotional support needs of patients, families, and loved ones. I have also worked with many hospice services in the area.
Because I am so passionate about this service, I am willing to travel to you or your loved ones. This is the only service in which I do this. I am also wanting to offer this service to those who may be unable to pay the full rate of $85/hour. For those individuals, I have created a pay what you can option (I do charge a minimum of $20 for travel). Please contact me by phone, text, email, or by using the contact us form to schedule the pay what you can option. I realize there is most often no predictability of the active end of life transition process, therefore; please feel free to call me on short notice, and I will accommodate your appointment needs if I am able to, and as quickly as I am able to. You may also contact me if the times I have available do not work for you, and I will attempt to accommodate those scheduling needs as well. If you are outside of the Sioux Falls area, feel free to choose the Distance Reiki session option, and we can connect through Zoom.

Interactive Reiki Session
1 hour session
$65 US
Zoom or in-person appointments only. This is an interactive meeting where Reiki will be combined with the opportunity to participate and receive information regarding what is occurring energetically during the session. This has the advantage of being able to ask the body/chakras questions to understand what is happening physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or spiritually in your life/body. Perfect for those who prefer to go deeper into family/ancestral patterns and/or past events (unprocessed emotions) and the cause(s) of patterns and obstacles in their lives. This option is for those 16 years or older and requires the ability to sit comfortably on camera or in person for the full hour session.

What is 1221 Wellness?
The name 1221 represents the mother-daughter duo Jen and Nala, who together share birthdays of the dates 12 and 21. Our mission is to establish connection/community centered around wellness that comes from a feeling of wholeness. We call our services the future of health and wellness because we do not believe we are broken with a need to be fixed, but instead feel we are tapping into our perfection which already exists. We do this by collaborating with universal energies which help our clients connect to themselves and harness the power that they hold.

The Faces Behind 1221
I am a holistic healthcare worker, a channel of universal light, an intuitive, a connector to spirit-led guidance/energy work, and a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher. I have always been sensitive to energy and interested in holistic modalities of healing. Previously, I have taken the traditional path as a registered nurse while independently but with intuitive guidance learning about many forms of complementary medicine including herbal medicine, flower essences, energy medicine, and Qigong. I became Reiki certified in 2022 and have since stepped into the role of an intuitive, channel, and energy worker with joy. I am very honored to now spend my time assisting others on their wellness journey through energy therapy, spiritual and community connection, and teaching. I work with adults, children, animals, and specialize in hospice/end of life Reiki.

A psychic channel accessing information to piece together everything for the highest good of our universe. I’ve always had a deep fascination with occult and conspiracy. Now I like to say I am dedicated to a life of grounding conspiracy and occult into concrete reality.

I am a channel for information that interconnects everything we thought to be impossible into possibility. I love the idea of a great scientist and inventor, and how they are able to bring something to life, that once, no one thought was possible or had even thought of. This is how I love to explain what it is I do. Connecting the previously not thought of, or thought of as not connected, into a bigger picture understanding of how everything is inherently connected.
I love to dig deeper into the meanings of a traditional mystic, especially ones seen in Media. I like to say I’m an advocate for the idea that all people can do what I do, in their own way, and that it’s completely normal. To show others that we are moving away from a divided society, and into one that is extremely interconnected. We all have the ability to know what is going on energetically with someone else, and with that knowledge, help them in the best way we can. I hope that in what I do for you, I can be of service to you, show you how great your gifts are, and how they are needed to help move society into a better, healthier, happier version of Earth.
